GetMyMood Period & Cycle Tracker

Period & cycle tracker for iOS and Android

You're not imagining it — your cycle can help explain it

GetMyMood is a calm period and cycle tracker that connects your mood, energy, and symptoms to where you are in your cycle. Log how you feel in a few taps and see it in cycle context — no complicated health project.

What is GetMyMood

What it does

GetMyMood is a period and cycle tracker that connects how you feel to where you are in your cycle. Log period days, mood, energy, symptoms, and body signals in a few taps, and see your current phase and what may be coming next — no complicated setup or long journaling.

Who it's for

For women who feel different from one week to the next and want to understand why — especially if you have wondered whether the same moods, cramps, or energy dips keep arriving around the same time each month.

How it's different

Most trackers stop at dates. GetMyMood ties what you log to your cycle, so the focus is how you actually feel, not just when your period is due. Your cycle becomes one helpful layer of context, never the whole explanation.

More than a date tracker

See your phase at a glance

Open the app and the phase you are in — menstrual, follicular, ovulation, or luteal — is right there, with a gentle look at what may be coming next.

Spot what keeps repeating

When the same cramps, low-energy days, or tender moods land around the same time, the rhythm shows up on your calendar instead of staying a vague feeling.

Feel a little more prepared

Once a pattern is visible, you can work with it — lighter plans when your energy tends to dip, a heads-up before your period, fewer "why do I feel like this again?" moments.

How it works

Check in, in seconds

Tap the add button and choose what fits — mood, energy, a symptom, your flow. No long forms, no daily pressure.

See where you are

Your home screen shows the phase you are in now and an estimated look ahead, so today always comes with a little context.

Look back over a few cycles

The calendar and insights gather what repeated across the months — the kind of view that can make a hard week feel less random.

Your privacy comes first

You don't have to be identifiable

You don't need your real name — any nickname works — and you can sign up with an email that has nothing to do with your other accounts. If you ever want out, you can delete your data or your whole account at any time, from inside the app or at periodtracker.getmymood.com/account. Not a "submit a request" situation — just gone.

We only keep what the app needs

GetMyMood keeps what it needs to work: your period dates, what you choose to log, and your settings. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your health information to advertise to you. An optional analytics setting helps us improve the app, and you can leave it off — everything still works.

Encrypted in three places

Your information is protected on your device, while it travels, and while it is saved to your account. On iPhone and Android, health and sign-in data is kept in encrypted storage rather than plain readable text, it moves through encrypted connections, and it is stored in encrypted form when it syncs to your account.

These are the essentials — our Privacy Policy is the full, authoritative source for how your data is handled.

FAQs

Do I have to log something every day?

No. GetMyMood works whether you check in every day or just now and then. Even a quick note when you remember is enough to start seeing how your cycle and how you feel line up — there is no streak to keep and no pressure to be perfect.

Will GetMyMood remind me to log?

Only if you want it to. You can set gentle, optional reminders — for your period, a daily check-in, or a change of phase — and turn any of them off whenever you like. No nagging, and no streak to keep up.

Do I need to be online to use GetMyMood?

No. You can log your period, mood, and symptoms offline, and GetMyMood syncs once you are back online. Deleting all of your data does need a connection, so it can be removed everywhere it is stored.

How soon will I start to notice patterns?

It varies, but most patterns become easier to see after two or three months of logging. The more consistently you note how you feel, the clearer the picture — while remembering your cycle is only ever one part of what shapes a given day.

Is my data sold or used to train AI?

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health information to advertise to you. The only use beyond running the app is an optional analytics setting you can switch off. For the complete picture — including how your data relates to AI — our Privacy Policy is the source of truth.

Does GetMyMood work alongside my doctor?

GetMyMood does not replace medical care, but the dated record of periods, symptoms, and moods you log can make it easier to describe what you have noticed to a clinician. For anything severe, unusual, or concerning, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Does GetMyMood give medical advice or diagnose conditions?

No. GetMyMood is for self-tracking and cycle awareness only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If something feels severe, unusual, persistent, or concerning, please talk to a qualified healthcare professional.

Is GetMyMood a fertility or birth control app?

No. GetMyMood is built for cycle awareness and self-tracking, not contraception, fertility treatment, or pregnancy detection. It can show estimated fertile or ovulation timing when enabled, but those estimates should not be used to prevent pregnancy or confirm ovulation.

GetMyMood is designed for cycle awareness and self-tracking. It is not medical advice, birth control, fertility treatment, or a diagnosis tool.
